Our non-profit is seeking a Programs Directorto lead the planning, execution and evaluation of core services, events and community initiatives.  This is a volunteer position with the potentioal to be paid in the future.  

Core Responsibilities
  • Program Strategy: Design and launch new initiatives that align with the non-profit's core mission and goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day workflows, set project timelines, and solve complex operational hurdles.
  • Staff and Volunteer Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor project managers, support staff, and volunteers.
  • Budget and Finance: Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and ensure responsible use of funds.
  • Data and Compliance: Track program outcomes, measure effectiveness, and write reports for grantmakers and regulatory bodies.
  • Community Outreach: Build partnerships with local agencies, donors, and other stakeholders to expand the organization's reach
