Responsibilities

• Support enterprise solutions implementation by providing expertise in process mapping, lean management, and change management methodologies
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments to promote seamless project execution and process improvement initiatives
• Assist in managing large-scale organizational change efforts by applying best practices in change management and business consulting
• Contribute to business development efforts through client communication, market research, and identifying new opportunities
• Provide guidance on project management best practices within technology-driven initiatives and enterprise solutions

Experience

• Proven experience in management consulting or a related advisory role within a consulting firm environment
• Extensive background in strategic planning, business analysis, and or process improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated success in leading or supporting large-scale organizational change management projects
• Strong project management experience in technology settings with a focus on enterprise solutions implementation
• Excellent verbal communication skills with executives and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis, business reporting, and presentation purposes
• Experience in research-driven decision-making processes and business development activities
• Desire to grow our mission
