  • Coordinate distribution logistics for programs including Produce Express and Military Share.

Home Delivery Program Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of home delivery programs, including DoorDash or other delivery platforms.
  • Coordinate neighbor enrollment, order fulfillment, and delivery logistics.
  • Expand and improve home delivery services to increase access for neighbors unable to attend in-person distributions.
  • Promote a neighbor-centered approach that prioritizes accessibility, dignity, and equitable food access.

Program Administration & Reporting

  • Track grant expenditures and program metrics to support reporting requirements.
  • Assist with grant reporting by compiling program data and outcomes.
  • Help develop and maintain communication systems to notify neighbors of distribution schedules and updates.
  • Keep program information current on the organization's website in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Collaboration & Community Engagement

  • Work closely with Warehouse, Volunteer, Development, Marketing, and Agency Relations teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Coordinate volunteers for Produce Express and Military Share distributions and ensure volunteer hours are accurately tracked.
  • Build relationships with community partners to support program growth throughout the region.
  • Identify opportunities to expand mobile and home delivery services into underserved communities.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a passion for serving diverse communities.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Experience analyzing data, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

  • Ability to travel throughout the 11-county service area.
  • Ability to obtain any required program-specific certifications.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift materials related to program operations.
