PAY RATE: Starting at $40,385.00
JOB TYPE: Full-time - position works the days that school is in session
LOCATION: Crawford County
$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*
*$500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days and $1,000 at 1 year

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mobile Therapist/Behavior Consultant for Project SOAR/ROAR works with students in Maplewood Elementary School and Cambridge Springs Elementary School. Responsible for a caseload of up to fifteen (15) students and can provide interventions for any student. Provides direct services to individuals and families on assigned caseload. coordinates case effects with funding source and related agencies. Day and evening driving to County areas is required. Access to reliable transportation is essential. Team member should be skilled with treatment plan development, skilled with individual and group therapy, skilled with the application of Behavioral Modification, knowledgeable of a variety of standardized assessment tools, and has knowledge of child development. Team member should be able to effectively manage self in crisis situations (violence, physical aggression, etc). Team member should be able to work within the context of a family setting. Must be able to follow a prescribed treatment plan.

WORKING AT FAMILY SERVICES OF NW PA:
Project SOAR/ROAR helps children in the Maplewood School District who are experiencing emotional and/ or behavioral difficulties in the school setting. The Project ROAR/SOAR team works closely with school personnel and includes master-level mental health professionals, bachelor-level mental health workers, family school coordinators, and parent liaisons.
