Case Manager

The Sight Center is seeking a Case Manager to support blind and low vision clients in achieving greater independence and access to services. This role is responsible for coordinating program services and supporting clients in accessing appropriate resources. A degree or license in Social Work, Social Welfare, or related field is required. Experience in program coordination or as a Social Services Aide is preferred but not required.
