• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept vehicle at all times.
• Verify accuracy of delivery orders before leaving the warehouse; deliver and offload products safely at agency locations.
• Ensure all delivery and pickup documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Share any route-related feedback with the Transportation Manager, including agency concerns, donor issues, safety matters, or route changes.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as jitneys, forklifts, and hand jacks safely and effectively.
• Load and unload trucks, assist with donation intake, and support warehouse operations including order picking as needed.
• Assist with Produce Express, Military Share, and Senior Box distributions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support physical inventory counts.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by breaking down cardboard, recycling materials, and following good housekeeping practices.
• Perform other duties as needed to support safe, efficient, mission-driven operations.

• Minimum of one year of commercial truck driving experience.
• Valid Pennsylvania CDL license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
• Jitney/Forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain — training provided).
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when needed.
• Physical ability to lift/move 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally; comfort working in varying temperatures including cooler/freezer environments.

• A fast-paced, varied role that combines driving, warehouse operations, and customer service.
• Training and skill-building in warehouse operations, equipment use, food safety, and transportation best practices.
• A chance to represent Second Harvest as a trusted and compassionate ambassador to agencies and donors.
• A team environment where your reliability, integrity, and work ethic are truly valued.
What We Offer
- A mission-centered workplace where your work fuels real, measurable change.
• Competitive benefits, including:
