We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented staff member to join our Fiscal Team. Must possess excellent work ethics and analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. High emphasis placed on Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and financial management. Experience with Peachtree Accounting preferred but not required.

Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business OR 5 years minimum accounting experience.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with the Financial Director
Assist with processing invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with preparing statistical and billing reports
Receive, record, and prepare bank deposits
Assist with the management of 401k and health insurance funds
Assist with the management of payroll and corresponding reports
Work closely with program managers to ensure accurate allocation of expenses to programs and grants for compliance
Assist with grant-related documentation and fiscal reporting
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and reconcile accounts
Assist with the maintenance of personnel files
Communicate effectively with vendors and funding sources
Order office supplies
Other duties include:
Perform other job duties assigned by the Financial Director
Attend trainings, workshops, and pertinent meetings
Help foster working relationships with community organizations and individuals
