Marketing and Event Coordinator

Part-Time | Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Erie, Inc.

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Erie is seeking a Marketing and Event Coordinator to help advance our mission of serving those in need. This part-time role offers an opportunity to combine creativity, organization, and relationship-building to support meaningful work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and implement fundraising initiatives and community outreach campaigns
  • Manage our website and social media presence
  • Design engaging print and digital materials, including newsletters, impact reports, and event flyers
  • Coordinate annual fundraising events
  • Collaborate on public relations and marketing efforts
  • Assist with grant research and writing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or event planning
