What You’ll Do

You’ll lead our efforts in empowering first-time homebuyers, supporting affordable housing, and managing community improvement projects that uplift residents and local businesses. This role is a unique opportunity to combine program leadership, community partnerships, and mission-driven impact—helping families and neighborhoods thrive for generations to come.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower first-time homebuyers with the tools and support to achieve stable homeownership.
  • Lead community projects that help residents and business owners improve and take pride in their properties.
  • Support safe, affordable housing by fostering positive tenant relationships and strong operations.
  • Build partnerships that bring more resources and opportunities into the neighborhood.
  • Measure impact and champion equitable access so all community members can thrive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Urban Planning, Community Development, Public Administration, Housing Studies, or related). Master’s preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading housing programs, community projects, or nonprofit initiatives.
  • Strong program management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents, business owners, and community partners.
  • Knowledge of affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, and community development practices.
  • Passion for advancing equity, inclusion, and long-term community impact.
  • Bonus: Project management certification or HUD Certified Housing Counselor.
