Erie High Community School Director – Family and Community Partnerships

United Way of Erie County is hiring a Community School Director to be embedded at Erie High. This role focuses on Family and Community Partnerships, one of the four core pillars of the Community School Model. You will be helping to remove non-academic barriers to student success through strategic partnerships, data-driven initiatives, and collaboration with school and community stakeholders. Candidates should have 3–5 years of leadership experience and a passion for working with diverse populations.
