Director of Development

United Way of Erie County is seeking a dynamic fundraising professional to lead our donor engagement and development strategies. This in-person leadership role is responsible for securing financial support from individuals, corporations, and partners to sustain and grow our Community School Model. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in fundraising, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of securing major gifts.
