Part-time Donation Coordinator

Greater Erie Area Habitat for Humanity (GEAHFH) is looking for a 10-20 hour per week Donation Coordinator to solicit donations to our ReStore. Email resume to [email protected]

Responsibilities

• Reaching out, call, email, visit and solicit businesses and vendors for donations of new and used goods to sell in our ReStore.
• Manage donor database and keep accurate donor and donation records.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, businesses, and vendors.
• Ensure donations are allocated according to donors’ intent and organization’s needs.
• Communicate with donors to thank them for their donation and maintain a strong relationship. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Donation Coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations.
• Proficiency in tracking information through MS Office, CRM software and/or Google docs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Work Environment: Work from home, travel to businesses and vendors.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with the ReStore Manager.

Hourly wage is based upon candidate experience and qualifications. Hourly wage range is $18-20 an hour.

Employment Type: This a part-time hourly position and no sick leave, vacation, or medical is offered. A 3% match to a SIMPLE IRA is provided.
