SUMMARY: The Human Resources Onboarding Specialist, acting in a professional and confidential manner, performs Human Resources related duties and carries out responsibilities in functional areas to include regulatory compliance, onboarding, employment verification, performance management, and employee relations. Assists Recruiting Development Coordinator with internal job application tracking and references, whenever necessary. Completes and tracks all aspects of onboarding from job offer to 30 day compliance. Assures employment related recordkeeping and file maintenance is compliant with applicable legal requirements. Assists the Employee Relations Manager with other technical and professional duties as requested pertaining to employee support.
